    Dein Beitrag zur Grünen Transformation: Als Teil unseres Audit-Teams in Berlin, Hamburg, Hannover, Düsseldorf, Köln, Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart, Mannheim, München oder Nürnberg prüfst du Nachhaltigkeitsberichte, sowie Jahres- und Konzernabschlüsse und unterstützt unsere Mandant:innen bei der Einhaltung von Umwelt- und Sozialreportingstandards. Folgende Aufgaben meisterst du mit deinem Sustainability- und Accouting-Knowhow:

  • Du prüfst Nachhaltigkeitsberichte sowie Jahres- bzw. Konzernabschlüsse von Unternehmen in unterschiedlichen Branchen
  • Du unterstützt unsere Mandant:innen bei der Vorbereitung auf die Anforderungen der Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) in Verbindung mit EU-Taxonomie und die integrierte Berichterstattung
  • Du begleitest unsere Mandant:innen dabei, ihre Arbeitsabläufe zu analysieren und anzupassen, um mögliche Risiken und neue Umwelt- und Sozialvorschriften (ESG Regulatorik) in der Berichterstattung zu berücksichtigen
  • Du entwickelst unsere internen Standards weiter und trägst zum Ausbau unseres Produktportfolios bei
  • Du arbeitest in interdisziplinären Teams mit EY-Kolleg:innen auf der ganzen Welt und unterstützt als Senior Consultant die Führung anderer Teammitglieder

    • Das bringst du mit – Fähigkeiten, mit denen du die Zukunft gestaltest

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Du bringst idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen durch ein Praktikum in der Wirtschaftsprüfung, im Rechnungswesen oder in der Nachhaltigkeitsabteilung von Industrieunternehmen mit
  • Du kennst dich mit Standards und Anforderungen der Berichterstattung über nichtfinanzielle Aspekte (wie Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) und EU-Taxonomie) aus oder du hast Wissen im Bereich finanzieller Berichterstattung (HGB/IFRS/US-GAAP)
  • Du schätzt kollegiale Teamarbeit, bist verantwortungsbewusst, hast ein analytisches Denkvermögen, Eigeninitiative und Begeisterung für ein dynamisches Umfeld, in dem die Anforderungen sich rasch verändern können
  • Du findest es spannend, an verschiedenen Orten zu arbeiten, kannst sehr gut sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch kommunizieren und bist motiviert, als Auditor einen Beitrag zu einer nachhaltigeren Geschäftswelt zu leisten
