Beschreibung
Responsibilities:
• Be the finance business partner and main focal point for WEU marketing and retail teams
• Collaborate closely with marketing & retail business departments to monitor the expense annual budgets usage;
• Perform monthly financial analysis for the marketing and retail expense, communicate and explain complex financial and operational issues to a diverse audience;
• Understand different nature of expense (fixed, variable, semi-variable, etc.) in the marketing & retail departments and driving efficiencies /cost savings with business team for further implementation;
• Optimize sales expense related processes and guidance to ensure the internal & external compliance of operation;
• Participate in the business transformation process and provide value-added comments to facilitate the transformation;
• Act as a financial advisor and partner on other tasks/projects related to the sales expense management, as well as designing and leading projects for the finance team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (or above) in finance, accounting or similar majors;
• Above 3 years working experience;
• Ability to positively and effectively interact with senior business stakeholders;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, with ability to learn new software/tools with minimal supervision;
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of financial and management accounting, process and systems. Experience in a comparable industry is a plus;
• Good at balancing attention to detail with swift execution;
• Fluent in English and Chinese;
• Knowledge/experience in SAP system is a plus;
