- Betreuung von Kunden (Werkstätten) im Direktgeschäft
- Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung verkaufsfördernder Maßnahmen zur Budgeterreichung
- Regelmäßige Überwachung der Verkaufszahlen sowie Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien
- Ermittlung und Akquise von Neukunden und Zusammenarbeit mit den für unsere Händler zuständigen Außendienst
- Sicherstellen und Ausbau des Umsatzes bei Bestands- und Neukunden
- Eigenständige Erstellung und Koordination von Kundenbesuchsplänen
- Erstellung von Reports und Fortschrittsberichten
- Planung von Produktvorführungen
- Durchführung von Workshops und Kundenschulungen
- Administrative Nachbereitung von Terminen unter Einbezug interner Tools (z.B. CRM)
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Lackierer oder kaufmännische Berufsqualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Verkauf in einem B2B Umfeld
- Begeisterung für Farben und Lacke
- Überzeugendes Auftreten mit sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse in MS-Office, idealerweise auch in CRM-Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Pkw-Führerschein
