- Technische Unterstützung und Hauptansprechperson für alle technischen Fragen der zugewiesenen Kunden
- Unterstützung bei Produkteinführungen und Kundenbetreuung beim Testen neuer Produkte sowie Fragen zur Anwendung, Geräten und Dienstleistungen
- Analyse und Lösung von produkt- und anwendungsbezogenen Problemen vor Ort
- Bearbeitung von Standard-Reklamationen, bei Bedarf Zusammenarbeit mit dem 2nd Level-Support bei komplexen Reklamationen
- Unterstützung der Vertriebsmitarbeiter in den Schlüsselphasen des Verkaufsprozesses bei (Neu-)Kunden durch Einbringen der technischen Expertise
- Sammlung von Kundenfeedback, Wettbewerbsinformationen und Branchentrends zur Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Strategien
- Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Klärung von Erwartungen
- Teilnahme an wichtigen Kundenveranstaltungen
- Verwaltung von Kundendaten und Reklamationen im CRM-Tool
- Durchführung von Kundenschulungen zu Produkten und Support-Tools
- Einhaltung von Unternehmensrichtlinien und Sicherheitsstandards
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Farben- und Lackindustrie
- Fundierte Erfahrung im technischen Service und Support und/oder in einem Karosserie- & Lackierbetrieb
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Maler und Lackierer (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar, Meisterausbildung wünschenswert
- Problemlösungskompetenz, gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Verständnis des Werkstattgeschäftes und deren Arbeitsabläufe sowie sichere Anwendung von Lackprodukten
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse auf Grundlagenniveau
- Gute MS Office- und CRM-Kenntnisse, sowie gute Kenntnisse von Color-Tools
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft (inklusive Übernachtung)
