    Job Title: Senior DTC eCommerce Manager (DACH) – SharkNinja

    SharkNinja, the force behind the immensely successful Shark and Ninja brands, is dedicated to delivering innovative products that positively impact lives worldwide.

    We're seeking a Senior DTC eCommerce Manager to spearhead our direct-to-consumer trading and growth strategy in the DACH region. Reporting to the DTC eCommerce Director (DACH), you'll oversee day-to-day operations of the DACH DTC business, collaborating closely with local e-commerce, customer experience, and performance marketing teams.

    Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:

  • Establish and execute merchandising, trading, and growth strategies in collaboration with DACH D2C eCommerce team and global centers of excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasts, stock allocation, and demand signaling.
  • Drive trading plan execution to maximize gross margin and forecast attainment across product categories, considering market dynamics and competitor pricing.
  • Manage promotional calendar and activities to enhance product visibility, placement, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing data, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain forecast accuracy and inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Report on sales performance, customer service KPIs, gross margin, and forecast attainment, providing insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with regional/global D2C eCommerce team members, setting expectations and driving process improvements.

  • 3-5+ years of proven experience in D2C eCommerce.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce sales strategies with a track record of driving profitability.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from complex data.
  • Familiarity with pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product placement optimization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, such as Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced, multicultural environment, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.
