    Three Human Resources is a global recruiting Company specialized in the chemical, pharma & life Science Industry.

    We are searching for an indipendent and globally operating medium-sized company a dynamic employee who is ambitious and will enjoy growing with an international team.

    We are looking for a

    Sales Manager DACH Chemical Products

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers for the product lines
    • Lead and develop the direct sales relationship with the customers on the assigned territory
    • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
    • Preparation of quotations incl. follow-up until contract conclusion and handover to order processing
    • Coordination with internal interfaces, e.g., for delivery times and technical support/applications
    • Business trips to customers

    Profile:

    • Successfully completed study of a chemical or technical subject, or comparable successfully completed training
    • Willingness to travel very often (minimum 1-2 face to face meetings per day for 3 days per week)
    • First relevant professional experience in the chemical industry
    • Target-oriented, self-reliant, and strong negotiating mindset
    • Ability to work in a team and strong problem-solving skills
    • Proactive approach to business and strong communication skills
    • German level as mothertongue, good English skills
