- Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für anspruchsvolle IT-Projekte unserer mittelständischen bis großen Firmenkunden im M365-Umfeld.
- In deiner Funktion berätst du unsere Kunden auf dem Weg zum "Modern Workplace" rund um cloudbasierte Lösungen aus dem Microsoft 365 Portfolio.
- Dabei übernimmst du Planung, Konzeption, Design und Implementierung der Cloud-Lösungen, mit den Schwerpunkten Microsoft Exchange Online, Unified Communication, Cloud- und Hybridszenarien, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams.
- Du berätst unsere Kunden beim Einsatz neuer Technologien / Softwarelösungen und auf dem Weg in die Digitalisierung mit Produkten aus dem Microsoft Portfolio.
- Professionelles Projektmanagement sowie Optimierung der Prozesse nach ITIL sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du bist Teil eines starken Teams und unterstützt die Kollegen im 3rd-Level-Support.
- Du identifizierst weiterführende Bedarfe bei deinen Kundeneinsätzen und begleitest den Vertrieb bei Presales-Terminen.
- Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen im genannten Aufgabengebiet sammeln und Projekte im M365-Umfeld, vorzugsweise in Enterprise-Umgebungen, erfolgreich von der Presales-Phase bis zum Projekt-Review begleiten.
- Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in den Themen Azure, Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Planner, OneDrive for Business.
- Dein gutes Verständnis für die Geschäftsprozesse verschiedener Branchen befähigt dich unsere Kunden Business-orientiert zu beraten und adäquate Lösungen vorzustellen.
- Dein Studium der Informatik / Informationstechnik oder deine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (w/m/d) hast du erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder du besitzt eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Eine passende Microsoft Zertifizierung (MS-203 / MS / MS-700) wäre ein Plus, kann jedoch auch gerne bei uns absolviert werden.
- Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher.
- Du verfügst über regionale Reisebereitschaft.
