- Unterstützung von Aktivitäten zur Entwicklung neuer Produkte, z. B. als Mitglied von Commercial Teams
- Teilnahme an lokalen Markteinführungs- und Marketingaktivitäten
- Erfassen regionaler Marktanforderungen und Feedback an das Produkt Line Management
- Laufender Beitrag zum lokalen "WIE" in Produkt-Fahrplänen auf Basis des globalen Schwerpunkts "WO werden wir aktiv" (Erfordert fundierte Kenntnisse über Kunden, Produkte und Anwendungen)
- Sicherstellen des regionalen Erfolgs von Produkten und Angeboten auf Grundlage eines stark ausgeprägten wirtschaftlichen und fachlichen Verständnisses für die Bedürfnisse der Kunden.
- Bereitstellen kundenorientierter Rückmeldungen zur Sicherstellung der regionalen Differenzierung
- Sicherstellen der Erhebung der lokalen Anforderungen und Unterstützung bei möglichen Untersuchungen auf globaler Ebene
- Verbesserung der Produktrentabilität in der Region
- Lokale Aktivitäten zur Verbesserung von zum Verkauf freigegebenen Produkten.
- Schulung, Unterstützung und Teilen von Wissen
- Abgeschlossene Fachhochschulausbildung (z.B. Betriebswirt/in, Dipl.-Ing. FH etc.) mit Berufserfahrung zu den Fachkenntnissen mehr als 3 Jahren
- Kenntnisse über das Geschäft, die Produkte und Anwendungen im Rahmen der kommerziellen Gebäudetechnik
- Deutsch auf Muttersprach-Niveau, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- MS Office, Business Warehouse, SAP, CRM-Datenpflege
- Sie besitzen Geschäftssinn mit Gespür für den technischen Teil
- Sie verfügen über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Sie sind ein Teamplayer
- Sie sind kundenorientiert, initiativ und engagiert
