    Standort:

    Am Standort Donauwörth am Ufer der Donau nahe Augsburg unterstützt Airbus Protect den internen Partner Airbus Helicopter bei der Entwicklung von Hubschraubern, von der ersten Idee bis zum flugfähigen Produkt. Erlebe mit uns, wie sie auf dem werkseigenen Test-Flugplatz abheben und landen.

    Diese Position ist Teil der Safety Business Unit, deren Ziel es ist, sicherere, nachhaltigere und integrative Industrien und Transportsysteme zu ermöglichen.

    Aufgabenbeschreibung:

    • Selbstständige Planung und Durchführung von physikalischen/mechanischen Prüfungen und Probenvorbereitung nach Zeichnung/Norm/Prüf- oder Arbeitsanweisung mit dazugehöriger Dokumentation
    • Durchführung von Testvorbereitungen, Probenvermessungen und ordnungsgemäßer Dokumentation vornehmlich an Prüfkörpern aus Komposit Material aber auch aus Metallen
    • Ggf. Vorbereitung von Prüfkörpern
    • Durchführung von sowohl Statik Tests als auch von Ermüdungstests, z. B.:
      - Drucktests
      - Zugversuche
      - Scherprüfungen
      - Biegeversuche
      - Schälprüfungen
      - Bestimmung der Energiefreisetzungsrate
      - Impacttests
    • Bedienung, Steuerung und Überwa­chung der Versuchseinrichtungen und Teststände
    • Unterstützung bei der Abschätzung des Testaufwands und den dazugehörigen Ressourcenbedarf
    • Erstellung von vollständig und korrekt ausgefüllten Berichten bzw. Protokollen (inkl. Prüfung)

    Qualifikation:

    Die Arbeitsaufgabe erfordert Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten, wie sie in der Regel durch ein einschlägiges, abgeschlossenes Studium mit einer bis zu 4-jährigen Regelstudiendauer im Bereich Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Studiengänge oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau, Werkstoffprüfung oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtungen mit entsprechender besonders umfangreicher fachspezifischer Zusatzqualifikation (z. B. Techniker) erworben werden. Die insgesamt erforderlichen Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen können auf andere Weise erlangt worden sein.

    Fachkompetenzen:

    • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in den oben genannten Aufgabenbereichen
    • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitssicherheit
    • Fachspezifische Erfahrung im Bereich Materialprüfung/-Charakterisierung in einem international agierenden Industrieunternehmen
    • Versierter Umgang mit Prüfmaschinen und Analysegeräten
    • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für physikalische Prüfungen
    • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger PC-Standardsoftware

    Sozial -und Führungskompetenz:​

    • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
    • Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
    • Ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
    • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
