- Durchführung von Recherchen zur Entscheidungsvorbereitung und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Projekten und strategischen Initiativen
- Eigenständige Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Präsentationen, Analysen, Statistiken und Reportings als Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Geschäftsführung
- Betreuung, Koordination und Leitung bereichsübergreifender Projekte in unterschiedlichen Themenfeldern
- Organisation von Meetings, Gremiensitzungen und anderen Formaten sowie Nachverfolgung und Überwachung von Folgetätigkeiten
- Interne und externe Geschäftskommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern für die Geschäftsführung in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich BWL oder im Management, mit relevanter Erfahrung im technischen Umfeld
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement eines produzierenden Unternehmens sowie Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von strategischen Initiativen
- Organisationstalent und eine selbstständige, professionelle und konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine hohe Auffassungsgabe
- analytisches Denkvermögen und Beratungsgeschick
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
