- Du übernimmst das Controlling der Instandhaltungsausgaben der regionalen Geschäftsbereiche sowie die inhaltliche Unterstützung der Kollegen im operativen Controlling
- In der Rolle des Sparringspartners interagierst du mit Stakeholdern über alle Abteilungs- und Hierarchieebenen hinweg und baust kooperative Beziehungen zu ihnen auf. Gleichzeitig bist du bereit deine Counterparts zu challengen und kritische Diskussionen mit ihnen zu führen
- Du erstellst und versendest wöchentliche und monatliche Reportings mit detaillierten und qualitativ hochwertigen Analysen der Ergebnisse. Darüber hinaus entwickelst du Reportings im Rahmen deines eigenen Verantwortungsbereiches stetig weiter
- Du begleitest die Fachbereiche während der Budget- und Forecast-Planung inkl. Soll/Ist Abweichungsanalysen. Du erstellst Ad hoc- sowie Standard-Auswertungen und bereitest Handlungsempfehlungen auf
- Du analysierst Prozessabläufe, identifizierst Effizienzmaßnahmen und setzt diese um
- Du hast dein betriebs- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Rechnungswesen, Finance o.ä. erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügst über eine gleichwertige Qualifikation mit entsprechender Weiterbildung und idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Immobilienumfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungsstandards im Rahmen von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen (vorzugsweise nach IFRS)
- Analytisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte auf das Wesentliche zu reduzieren, um sie für Dritte schnell und verständlich darzustellen
- Du findest dich in einer Matrix Organisation zurecht und kannst mit anspruchsvollen Stakeholdern über alle Hierarchieebenen professionell kommunizieren
- Hohe Eigenmotivation verbunden mit einer team- und lösungsorientierten Persönlichkeit
- Aufgeschlossene und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit, die bereit ist auch neue Wege zu gehen und andere von ihren Ideen überzeugen kann
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint. Sie sind sicher in der Arbeit mit Datenbanksystemen/Auswertungen und ERP-Systemen (SAP BW bevorzugt)

in Bochum
Deine Aufgaben
Aktive Steuerung und Unterstützung in allen finanziellen, operativen und strategischen Anforderungen der Geschäftsführung der Eigentümergesellschaften der Vonovia SE mit dem Schwerpunkt Instandhaltungscontrolling. Als aktiver Mitarbeiter im Controlling schaffst du Transparenz und erarbeitest konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen, angefangen bei Datenerhebung, Datenverarbeitung, Analysen und Berichterstattung bis hin zur mehrjährigen Planung sowie Mitarbeit in Projekten zu Effizienzsteigerungen und Prozessoptimierungen im Rahmen der Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen.
