- Support the design and execution of the IT strategy
- Ensure stable and efficient IT operations of core legacy Backoffice applications (billing, invoicing, transactions, toll services, customer/supplier data and processes, enterprise content management, team collaboration software and messaging)
- The delivery of projects and demands related to the current IT landscape: small enhancements, balanced between existing solutions and new platforms
- Decommission legacy applications and define migration scenarios
- Support budget/forecasting of parts of IT expenditures: resources planning, financial controlling
- You have at least 6 years of experience in multi-team management in an internationally acting organization
- You have experience in decommissioning strategy, rationalization strategy and migration to new solutions (including co-existence, etc.)
- You have proven leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate objectives, inspire and motivate teams, and maintain alignment with business and IT
- You are experienced with IBM products (DB2, iSeries, Lotus Notes), Java and Atlassian suite
- You are fluent in English and desirably in German
