- Duties relate to voice architecture, call routing, call control, mobility design, management, and troubleshooting of unified communications, information technology security, configuration management, and network management of the VoIP network.
- Responsible for the daily configuration and management of voice over IP (VoIP) user requests and administration of the full unified communications (UC) platform.
- Coordinates and conducts the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the regional telecommunications infrastructure hardware and systems.
- Maintains telephony network, equipment, configurations and baselines.
- Serves as project liaison or technical lead on local and regional initiatives, projects, and security related tasks and evaluations.
