Aufgaben• Du bist verantwortlich für den gesamten "Procure-to-Pay"-Prozess. Dies beinhaltet die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Richtlinien, Compliance-Anforderungen und internen Kontrollen. Indem du Prozesskennzahlen überwachst und entsprechende Handlungsempfehlungen ableitest, garantierst du einen effizienten und fehlerfreien Ablauf.
• Als Teilprojektleiter:in für die Implementierung unseres neuen ERP-Systems Oracle Cloud im Themengebiet "Procure to Pay" koordinierst du die Anforderungsanalyse, sorgst für die Schulung der beteiligten Bereiche und stellst eine nahtlose Systemintegration sicher. Deine Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement sind hierbei von zentraler Bedeutung.
• Du treibst die Optimierung der Beschaffungsprozesse voran, indem du Engpässe und Ineffizienzen identifizierst und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen entwickelst. Deine Initiative bringt uns stets die neuesten Systemfunktionen und Best Practices, um unsere Prozesse auf das nächste Level zu heben.
• Regelmäßige Berichte über den Beschaffungsprozess zu erstellen und auszuwerten, fällt in deinen Aufgabenbereich. Du analysierst Daten und Trends, um dem Management wertvolle Einblicke und Entscheidungshilfen an die Hand zu geben. Die Identifikation von Risiken und Chancen trägt dazu bei, unsere strategische Ausrichtung zu schärfen. Anforderungen
• Du verfügst über ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Digital Business oder Geschäftsprozessmanagement, oder besitzt eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Geschäftsprozessmanagement, vorzugsweise im Procure-to-Pay-Sektor mit. Erfahrung in Business Transformation und Change-Management sowie technische Affinität zu digitalen Prozessen zeichnen dich aus.
• Deine analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten sind herausragend. Du arbeitest strukturiert, prozessorientiert und zeigst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungskompetenz.
• Als Teamplayer:in mit zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise kommunizierst du aktiv mit allen Stakeholdern, um Erwartungen zu managen und wichtige Updates zu liefern. Auch auf Englisch kannst du komplexe Sachverhalte klar und verständlich kommunizieren.
