    Als Mitarbeiter*in im Corporate Client Service Europe

  • bist du zentrale*r, kompetente*r und serviceorientierte*r Ansprechpartner*in für alle eingehenden Auftragsarten und Fragestellungen der externen und internen Kund*innen von westeuropäischen Niederlassungen rund um Konto und Zahlungsverkehr
  • arbeitest du eng mit den Firmenkundenbetreuer*innen und Vertriebsspezialist*innen und ggf. weiteren beteiligten Einheiten zusammen
  • stehst du im Rahmen definierter Servicezeiten im aktiven und passiven telefonischen Kundenkontakt, um Auftragsdetails mit internen und externen Kund*innen zu klären oder Erläuterungen Auskünfte zu Vorgängen zu geben
  • gehst du in die Kommunikation mit den Kund*innen – erforderlichenfalls auch in italienischer Sprache
  • beachtest du im Rahmen deiner Tätigkeit die bestehende schriftlich fixierte Ordnung (SFO) sowie rechtliche und regulatorische Vorgaben
  • wirkst du an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen mit und bringst dich bei Bedarf in Projekte oder Arbeitsgruppen ein
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, möglichst ergänzt um Bankfachwirtqualifikation oder abgeschlossenem ausbildungs-/ berufsintegriertem Studiengang
  • 2-3-jährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bank- und Finanzwesen
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse im Bereich Prozesse für Firmenkunden (bspw. Verwaltung von Kundenstammdaten, Zahlungsverkehrs-Services)
  • Umfassende Anwendungskenntnisse in den PC-Standardanwendungen (MS-Office)
  • Bereitschaft zur flexiblen Arbeitszeitgestaltung im Hinblick auf wechselnde Tätigkeiten oder wechselnde Zuständigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit und interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Gute Deutsch- , sehr gute Italienisch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse, wie Spanisch sind wünschenswert
