- Technische Leitung und Dokumentation eines Projektes / bei Bedarf: von mehreren Projekten
- Übernahme von Entwicklungsaufgaben aus PDIP und P-40-10 zur Erreichung der Projektmeilensteine und –ziele in Funktion als TPL-E.
- Eigenständige, fachliche Leitung mehrerer (technischer) Projekte
- Verantwortlich für das Reporting des Projektstatus PD hinsichtlich Ressourcen, technischer Lösungen, Kosten, Termine und Qualität
- Steuern der Fachabteilungen (innerhalb der TPL-E Aufgaben) / bei Bedarf: von mehreren Projekten
- Erarbeitung und Bewertung von technischen Detaillösungen im Projekt in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam
- Teilevorstellung und Anbauversuche beim Kunden
- Bewertung von baureihenübergreifenden technischen Änderungen im Rahmen des SMP Changemanagement
- Auswertung von Prüf- und Messberichten - Abstimmung und Verfolgung der erforderlichen Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Bearbeiten von Projekt Akquisen hinsichtlich technischer Gesichtspunkte
- Interpretation von Simulations- und Testingergebnissen inklusive Übertragung auf weitere Derivate & Erarbeitung von Lösungen bei unzulänglichen Ergebnissen
- Kunststoffgerechte Entwicklung und Auslegung von Bauteilen, Modulen und Systemen
- Erarbeitung von Design-FMEAs und Liste der besonderen Merkmale
- Durchführung von Toleranzberechnungen
- Erstellung von Lasten- und Pflichtenheften
- Koordination und Steuerung der Entwicklungsaufgaben aus PDIP und P-40-10 zur Erreichung der Projektmeilensteine und –ziele in Funktion als Lead Product Engineer.
- Sicherstellung der Konzeptgleichheit in Bezug auf Derivate und Bauteilauslegung über mehrere Entwicklungsteams
- Eigenständige Entwicklung von Bauteilen, Modulen und Systemen vom Konzept bis zur Serie
- Erarbeiten und dokumentieren von entwicklungsbezogenen Lessons Learned Informationen
- Projektübergreifende Konzepte prüfen, ggf. optimieren und anschließend im Entwicklungsteam kommunizieren
- Mitarbeit bei der Beschaffung von Prototypen
- Sicherstellung des Wissenstransfers und Transfers der Lessons Learned innerhalb einer gesamten Baureihe
- Sicherstellung der baureihenübergreifenden Kommunikation und Förderung des technischen Austauschs
- Erstellung von Vergleichs- und Benchmarkanalysen, sowie deren Auswertung
- Hochschulabschluss in einem ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Studiengang, Techniker, technischer Zeichner oder entsprechende technische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und in der Automobilindustrie zwingend erforderlich
- Gute Kenntnisse in gängigen PC-Anwendungen (MS Office, SAP, etc.)
- Englisch-Kenntnisse, Spanisch wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Konzeption und Entwicklung von Automobilteilen, sowie umfangreiche Kenntnisse der Kunststoffverarbeitung, umfangreiche Prozesskenntnisse (Verbindungstechnik, Fügetechnik, Oberflächenveredelung, etc.) erforderlich
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse zu automotiven Methoden (Qualitätsplanung, FMEA, Bemusterung, etc.) notwendig
