    Aufgaben

    • Als Customer Care Consultant Outbound (all genders) bist Du telefonische:r Ansprechpartner:in für Kaufinteressierte und unterstützt bei der Suche nach ihrem Wunschprodukt
    • Du konkretisierst die Kundenanfragen in einem individuellen Gespräch, um auf dieser Basis passgenaue Fachpartner zu empfehlen - ganz ohne Kaltakquise
    • Du schaffst es, Aroundhome als kompetenten Partner rund ums Haus zu platzieren und baust durch kompetente Beratung vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen auf
    • Mit Deiner Leidenschaft für Kundenservice und Deiner positiven Art erzeugst Du eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit
    • Durch Schulungen und Coachings entwickelst Du Dich kontinuierlich weiter und vergrößerst Stück für Stück Deinen Aufgabenbereich

    Anforderungen

    • Du hast schon erste Erfahrungen in einem Call Center oder der Kundenberatung sammeln können, gern auch aus dem Einzelhandel, der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie
    • Du hast gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
    • Du bist für Deine Freundlichkeit bekannt, hast Spaß am Telefonieren und bringst ein sehr gutes Gespür für Menschen mit
    • Deine positive Einstellung ist ansteckend, gleichzeitig meisterst Du mit Deiner Lösungsorientierung jede Situation spielend
    • Du lebst und liebst eine offene Feedbackkultur, Verlässlichkeit sowie Kollegialität

    Was wir bieten

    • Planungssicheres Schichtsystem von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 08:00 und 20:00 Uhr sowie an einem Samstag im Monat mit besonderen Schichtmodellen für Eltern
    • Hybrides Arbeiten // Bleib flexibel: Entscheide, ob Du aus unserem Office in Berlin, oder aus Deinem Home Office in Deutschland arbeiten möchtest. Zusätzlich bieten wir Dir die Möglichkeit, bis zu 20 Tage im Jahr aus ausgewählten EU-Ländern zu arbeiten.

    Für diese Position beträgt das Monatsbruttogehalt 2.250,00€ + einer variablen Vergütung von 200,00€ brutto. Zusätzlich gibt es einen 10-Jahres-Plan, wodurch automatisch das Monatsbruttogehalt pro Jahr steigt.
