    think-cell was founded in 2002 as a start-up. Today, the name think-cell stands for a high standard of data visualization software worldwide and is a continuously growing ARR business. With the investor Cinven at our side, we want to accelerate our growth by establishing a world-class go-to-market team on top of an outstanding product and fanatic user base.

    We are hiring world class go to market professionals to join our journey in accelerating the growth of a highly profitable, $100m+ ARR business, that for the first time in its 20-year history is injecting Sales and Marketing on top of a strong product and fanatic customer base.

    Position Description

    In your role as an Enterprise Account Executive you will be responsible for accelerating user growth targeting large accounts. You will work closely with other Go-to-market and Product teams to ensure long-term success with your accounts.

    Duties / tasks

    • Create a territory plan focusing on accelerating growth
    • Identify, research, and map selected accounts for effective outbound targeting
    • Run account reviews and look after renewals
    • Follow up on inbound leads
    • Pursue opportunities (identify use cases, run demos, create business cases, orchestrate company experts in selected cases)
    • Negotiate and close deals
    • Keep track of deal progress and customer insights in the respective systems

    Ihr Profil

    • University degree, ideally in business, computer science or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in sales for a software or tech company – start-up experience is a plus
    • Experience in navigating org structures and corporate dynamics at 10,000+ employee accounts
    • Outstanding virtual communication and presentation skills
    • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with common GTM tools is a plus (e.g. , Outreach)
    • Curiosity to learn how to use think-cell to be able to give demos yourself; previous experience with think-cell is a plus
    • Willingness to work onsite in our Berlin office at least 4 days a week
    • Fluent in German, fluent in English
