- During your internship, you will be involved in the concept development of new surveys and their piloting.
- Furthermore, you will help to roll out existing survey concepts.
- Last but not least, you will assist with communication and enabling activities, such as developing a communication strategy, preparing attractive communication materials (e.g. video, MS PowerPoint presentation) through various internal information channels, translation English-German.
- Education: studies in the field of Business Informatics, Business Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Business Communication, Audiovisual Media or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: very good knowledge of MS Office; good skills in video shooting, editing, concept creation, project management and design thinking
- Personality and Working Practice: open-minded, creative with very good communication and presentation skills, goal-oriented and structured
- Enthusiasm: affinity with the social media platform
