- Praxis: Deine Hauptaufgabe ist die Grobplanung mehrerer Werkstätten. Dies beinhaltet das Einlasten neuer Aufträge, den Soll-Ist-Vergleich von Fertigungszeiten und Ablieferquoten, die Darstellung von Planungsalternativen, sowie das effiziente Erstellen von Arbeitsplänen unter Berücksichtigung technischer Unterlagen.
- Optimierung: Du suchst kontinuierlich nach strukturellen Verbesserungen in der System- und Prozesslandschaft der Produktionsplanung. Nach Identifikation dieser konzipierst du eigenständig Lösungen, welche du nach erfolgreichem Abschluss von Pilotphasen durch Schulung der Kollegen ausrollst.
- Teamwork: Du arbeitest abteilungsintern mit den Planungsteams aller Werkstätten und interdisziplinär mit dem Customer Service, der IT und den Produktionsabteilungen zusammen.
- Verantwortung: Du verantwortest die Grobplanung mehrerer Werkstätten. Außerdem führst du eigenverantwortlich Verbesserungsprojekte durch und verankerst die resultierenden neuen Standards (national und ggf. auch international).
- Qualifikation: Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium des (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesens. Du besitzt sehr große Erfahrung in der Grobplanung und in der Nutzung der Module SAP PP & MM sowie eines daran angebundenen Produktionsplanungsprogramms (idealerweise Quintiq APS & CP). Du vereinst zudem schon heute zuverlässig Tages- und Projektgeschäft. Programmierfähigkeiten und Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MES-Systemen sind wünschenswert.
- Motivation: Du arbeitest dich gerne in neue Aufgabenstellungen ein und bist es gewohnt Lösungsangebote selbständig zu suchen und auszuarbeiten. Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität. Rückschläge verstehst du als Möglichkeit einen Vorschlag zu überarbeiten und zu verbessern.
- Soft-Skills: Du überzeugst mit einem überdurchschnittlichen Analyse- und Urteilsvermögen. Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch sehr hohe Struktur- und Zielorientierung aus. Du verfügst über ein hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen, Geduld sowie über Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke.
- Sprachen: Du arbeitest in einem internationalen Umfeld. Die englische Sprache beherrscht du deshalb sicher in Wort und Schrift.
