- Bearbeitung von Compliance Hinweisen und Betreuung des Hinweisgebersystems
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Compliance Untersuchungen auch im internationalen Umfeld
- Weiterentwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung von unternehmensweiten Prozessen, Richtlinien und anderen Dokumenten im Zusammenhang mit Compliance Untersuchungen
- Überwachung der internationalen Anforderungen an die Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorgaben zu Compliance Untersuchungen
- Erstellung von Berichten für die Geschäftsführung und andere relevante Gremien
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechts- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbares Studium
- Sonderausbildung Forensik oder unternehmensinterne Ermittlungen von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Forensik oder Compliance insbesondere im Bereich unternehmensinterne Ermittlungen
- Ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis und hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit
- Sicheres Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen gepaart mit Loyalität und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
