- Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung marktorientierter Produktpreisstrategien in Zusammenarbeit mit den Geschäftsbereichen und Ländern
- Definieren von leistungsorientierten Kundenpreisstrukturen mit und für die Märkte
- Definition von Aktionsplänen zur Umsetzung des Wertschöpfungsprozesses der entsprechenden Sortimente
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsbereiche bei Marktforschungsprojekte zur Sammlung preisrelevanter Daten wie Wertwahrnehmung und Preiselastizität
- Evaluierung des Geschäftspotenzials und Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen für spezifische kommerzielle Fragestellungen
- Projektleitung und -management für definierte kommerzielle Projekte
- Steuerung, Leitung und Überwachung von Preisgestaltungsprojekten in den Ländern
- Durchführung von Schulung zu neuen Prozessen und Systemen
- Implementierung global relevanter Methoden, z. B. Mindest- und Zielpreise, Monitoring usw
- Bachelor- oder/und Master-Abschluss idealerweise mit Ausrichtung auf Finanzen und Controlling oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Umfassende Erfahrung im Bereich Pricing, idealerweise im Bereich Medical Devices oder in einer Beratung
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb und Marketing sind von Vorteil wünschenswert
- Hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten gepaart mit geschäftsorientierter Denkweise sowie eine starke Umsetzungsorientierung
- Ausgeprägte Stakeholder-Fähigkeiten, methodisches Vorgehen und Zielorientierung
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Belastbarkeit, hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie ausgezeichnete Netzwerk- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel, Power Point, Word und MS Teams
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
