    Als Jira Align Consultant (m/w/d) unterstützt Du unsere Kunden bei der erfolgreichen Implementierung und Umsetzung von Jira Align und berätst diese rund um das Thema skalierte Agilität.

    • Du berätst, unterstützt und begleitest Kunden bei der Einführung und Implementierung von Jira Align
    • Du verantwortest die Jira Align Konfiguration, berätst den Kunden bei gewünschten Änderungen und erarbeitest in enger Abstimmung mit Atlassian und Deinen Kolleg:innen bei catworkx technische Lösungsoptionen
    • Du übersetzt Prozesse und Anforderungen in Jira Align-Funktionalitäten und Arbeitsweisen
    • Du berätst Kunden zu agilen und skaliert agilen Lösungen und zeigst auf wie Atlassian-Tools zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Prozessverbesserung genutzt werden können
    • Du unterstützt Kunden von der Einführung und Umsetzung agiler Frameworks wie z.B. SAFe
    • Du unterstützt unseren Vertrieb im Verkaufsprozess von Jira Align und führst Demos für Kunden durch

    Deine Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten:

    • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
    • Du zeichnest Dich durch ein Verständnis für agile Prinzipien, Methoden und Frameworks aus und verfügst über Erfahrung im Umgang mit agilen Tools
    • Du verfügst über gute Atlassian-Tool-Kenntnisse
    • Idealerweise verfügst Du über Erfahrung mit SAFe
    • Du verfügst über (sehr) gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
    • Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit mit Atlassian-Tools
    • Ein sehr gutes Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge, die Fähigkeiten zur Darstellung komplexer Sachverhalte, sowie sehr gute Analyse- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten runden Dein Profil ab
