Destination/ Roadmap You are an early talent with the personal project to kick start your career with an international assignment in a growing organization leader on its segments?Transdev Group is looking for a * Junior HR Project Manager Recruiting & Retention to be based in Berlin in Germany. In Germany from 1998, Transdev is the leading private rail passenger's operator and has helped to revitalize certain regions by deploying services that are better adapted to passengers' needs. We operate 20 Operation & Maintenance contracts, totalizing 55 million train km for 118 million passengers per year. The fleet is composed of 472 trainsets.* is reserved for a specific category of individuals. Please visit the Business France website to ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria. Responsibilities Recruiting & Retention is the top HR priority, and we have to develop and implement targeted measures to especially close the driver gap. This position will support the development and implementation of recruiting and retention measures for the different Junior HR Project Recruiting & Retention is responsible for:
  • Support research of recruiting and retention measures to understand market trends and best practices from other companies.
  • Stay in close contact with HR managers in the regions to understand needs und challenges.
  • Support the development of fit for purpose solutions for Transdev Germany ( material, recruiting campaigns, training & development measures, etc.),
  • Work in a multi-disciplinary team to develop solutions holistically
    • Required Education and Experience
  • University degree or dedicated working experience in the HR field, ideally experience in conceptual/ strategic work.
  • Eager to learn and explore new things.
  • Recruiting background would be a plus.
    • Skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting and retention strategies to address specific needs.
  • Proficiency in conducting market research to understand industry trends and best practices in recruiting and retention measures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with HR managers in various regions.
  • Solution-Oriented Approach: Capacity to develop tailored solutions for Transdev Germany, including materials, campaigns, and training programs, to enhance recruiting and retention efforts.
  • Project Management: Skill in coordinating and managing HR projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation of recruiting and retention initiatives.
  • Competence in analyzing HR data to identify recruitment and retention trends, evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey HR strategies, initiatives, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • English full proficiency is required (English B2)
  • German: would be an advantage.
