- Du analysierst und dokumentierst die bestehenden Prozesse unserer Kunden und hilfst ihnen, ihre Konfigurationsanforderungen zu definieren
- Des Weiteren berätst du die Fachabteilungen zur individuellen Anpassung von Produktkonfigurationen und schulst unsere Kunden zu diesen
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Experten entwickelst du die bestehende Best Practice Konfiguration für unsere übergreifende RIM-Solution weiter
- Um unsere hohe Produktqualität sicherzustellen, unterstützt du bei Test- und Validierungstätigkeiten
- Abschließend identifizierst und erstellst du zusammen mit unseren Kunden und Produktteams neue Produktfunktionalitäten und trägst somit zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Software bei
- Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung bei kundenseitigen Software-Implementierungsprojekten sowie in der Betreuung von Software-Applikationen
- Du liebst es , neue technische Herausforderungen zu meistern und dokumentierst deine Arbeit detailliert
- Zudem punktest du mit deinen sehr guten IT-Kenntnissen sowie deinem guten , technischen Verständnis
- Idealerweise bringst Du bereits Kenntnisse im Bereich Regulatory Information Management Systems (RIMS) sowie in branchenspezifischen Guidelines, wie GxP, Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11 oder ähnliches mit
- Deine fließenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
