- Du bist stolz auf Deine Erfolge in der Kaltakquise und jederzeit bestrebt, mit diesen Kunden langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die eigenständige Recherche bzgl. der Marktsegmentierung (Welche Kunden möchte ich warum gewinnen?) sowie die Aufarbeitung von Präsentationen und lösungsorientierten Angeboten.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Deinem zuständigen Teamleiter, dem Projektmanagement und dem jeweiligen lokalen Center Management zusammen.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, BWL, Marketing/Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. als Werbekaufmann/-frau.
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Vermarktung von Kommunikationslösungen (Live-Kommunikation und Media).
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im B2B Vertriebsumfeld mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen in der Neukundenakquise und Bestandskundenbetreuung.
- Du bist motiviert und handelst gerne aus eigenem unternehmerischem Antrieb heraus.
- Du kommunizierst zielgerichtet, bist begeisterungsfähig, arbeitest selbständig und abschlussorientiert.
- Du bist flexibel und bereit, innerhalb der Region zu reisen, arbeitest mobil von zu Hause oder aus einem unserer Center heraus in der Nähe Deines Wohnortes.
- Du kennst dich mit MS Office und gängigen CRM Systemen aus.
- Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse mit.
