- You are an expert in Environmental Management Systems, and are responsible for establishing programs and procedures compliant with ISO14001
- You develop and manage a comprehensive training program, working with key experts as required to develop and deliver product environmental protection training packages for identified target groups, using tools such as Learn4U and SkillUp
- You will manage a global auditing program assessing compliance with product environmental elements of the Siemens Healthineers EHS Management System and global product environmental regulations
- You coordinate the Siemens Healthineers product environmental documentation system ensuring global procedures are up-to-date and meet all quality requirements
- You are responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the product environmental communications tools, including the PREP4Sales site and SharePoint network
- You collaborate with our regulatory and policy experts to monitor regulatory changes as well as trends and indicators coming from customers, investors, NGOs and the public, for the purpose of identifying and continuously improving the training, auditing and documentation systems
- You have a university degree in the field of Environmental Sciences or Management, Sustainability, Engineering, a Scientific discipline or comparable
- You have many years of professional experience in environmental management systems, particularly training, auditing and compliance elements
- Additional qualifications in Sustainability or Management are considered a plus
- You are very experienced in managing auditing systems and in audit preparation
- You are very skilled in working with technical stakeholders to identify and implement improvement opportunities
- You are very proficient in liaising with regulators and authorities
- You have very profound experience in the electronics industry, preferably in the Medical Device Sector
- You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English; additional German knowledge is considered an advantage
- You are passionate about Sustainability / Environmental Protection with the ability to engage others by being emphatic, trustworthy, integer and interculturally sensitive
- You possess proven analytical and critical thinking skills, creativity, problem solving, and implementation skills as well as a strong skillset for strategy development and deployment
- You have the ability to guide cross-functional (virtual) teams and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
