    Your role

    You will play a key role in the implementation & later support of the Workday HCM Suite.

    As part of the ERP Team, you are liaising closely with the HR and the Workday project team members for support & further development of the Workday HCM Suite including:

  • Liaising with HR about business requirements aligning with the HR Strategy Implementing further changes including technical design, configuration, testing and cutover
  • Technical support for integration between Workday and numerous downstream systems
  • Technical support for integration between Workday & the Payroll system (currently SAP) As a Workday expert in the HCM field, you are responsible for establishing knowledge management within the team and supporting with the training of your colleagues
  • Delivering key technical expertise to IT HR application projects
  • Liaising with third party consultants and internal stakeholders Investigating and resolving Workday HCM issues on a day-to-day basis
  • Responsible for technical management of digital HR Archive, integrations & future development Coordinate the bi-annual Workday system updates

    Workday Competencies.

  • In depth understanding of Workday HCM data model, security ,business processes and reporting At least 3 years experience in supporting 2 to 3 Workday Modules: ideally HCM Core, Compensation & Benefits and Absence.
  • Additionally Recruiting & Learning would be beneficial.
  • You have a solid cross module understanding
  • Ability to support and coordinate Workday releases and associated testing and training activities Strong cross-functional integration experience

    • You might also have

  • Experience with SAP Payroll, PWC Integration Framework and/or Workday EIB would be an added advantage
  • German language skills are not mandatory but beneficial
