- Anwendung und aktive Weiterentwicklung der Lean-Strategie im Rahmen eines ganzheitlichen Terminmanagements bei unseren Projekten
- Führen des Terminberichtwesen mit der Aufführung von Ursachenanalysen und Stabilitätsabweichungen
- Aufnahme von Ist-Daten durch kollaborative Workshops zur Ableitung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und zum Forecast von Abwicklungsszenarien
- Unterstützung von Projekten bei der Anwendung von Lean und aktive kontinuierliche projektübergreifende Verbesserung der Lean-Methodik
- Erstellung und Pflege von Terminplänen mit gängigen Terminplanungssoftwarelösungen und unseren Kollaborationsplattformen (LCM-Digital, BIM, Power BI)
- Planen und organisieren von Lean & Termine-Workshops und Schulungen für alle Projektbeteiligten (extern wie intern), Bauherren und deren Vertreter
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Architektur, Verfahrenstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement von Bauprojekten, Neubau- und Umbauvorhaben, insbesondere im Terminmanagement nach Lean wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse in den gängigen Terminplanungssoftwarelösungen (MS Project, Primavera, Asta-Project)
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Kollaborationssoftwarelösungen (bspw. LCM-Digital oder Vergleichbar) wünschenswert
- Verständnis von Prozessen und Abhängigkeiten in der Planungs-, Ausschreibungs- / Vergabe- und Ausführungsphase
- Fähigkeit analytisch, vernetzt und Gewerke übergreifend zu denken mit Affinität zu Datenbanken und Prozessmodellierungen
