    Data-Driven Marketing Manager (m/w/d)
    Unser Geschäftsbereich VKU Markt & Lösungen sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Data-Driven Marketing Manager (m/w/d) (in Vollzeit und zunächst befristet auf zwei Jahre).

    Deine Aufgaben

    • Datenlandschafts-Experte (m/w/d): Beginne mit einer umfassenden Einarbeitung in unser Flaggschiff-Projekt, unsere Serviceplattform KommunalDigital. Analysiere die bestehende Datenlandschaft, optimiere unsere Tracking-Strategie, identifiziere Möglichkeiten zur Datenakquise und entwickle Maßnahmen des datengetriebenen Marketings
    • Plattform-Betreuer (m/w/d): Du bist erste Ansprechperson und behältst den Überblick und die Ordnung auf KommunalDigital. Du erkennst und löst Probleme selbstständig, trägst zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bei und setzt neue Standards im Unternehmen
    • Brückenbauer (m/w/d): Arbeite eng mit unseren CRM- und CMS-Partnern zusammen, denke integriert und priorisiere Deine und unsere Aufgaben, um KommunalDigital stetig weiterzuentwickeln und zu verbessern
    • Long Story short: Sei ein entscheidender Teil unseres Teams und überzeuge mit Deinem ausgeprägten Unternehmergeist und Deiner Lösungskompetenz. Bei uns gehen Strategie und Umsetzung Hand in Hand: Du hast neben der Konzeption auch Stärken im Operativen und scheust Dich nicht, selbst die Verantwortung für die (kontinuierliche) Umsetzung von konkreten Maßnahmen zu übernehmen

    Deine Kompetenzen und Erfahrung

    • Tiefgreifendes Verständnis und praktische Erfahrung im datengetriebenen Marketing, einschließlich Customer-Journey-Analyse, E-Mail-Marketing, Lead Generation und Analytics (Nachweis über relevante Berufserfahrung bzw. Praktika)
    • Solide Grundkenntnisse in der Programmierung (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) und Datenanalyse
    • Idealerweise Erfahrungen mit Drupal, Salesforce und Python
    • Bewährte Fähigkeiten in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern, insbesondere im Bereich CRM und CMS
    • Eine proaktive, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit einem starken Unternehmergeist und der Fähigkeit, komplexe Herausforderungen anzugehen und zu lösen
    • Klare und effektive Kommunikation, Empathie und ausgeprägter Teamgeist
