- Steuerung der Servicepartner für eine fristgerechte Umsetzung der Vertragsschreiben sowie Anstoßen der Wechselprozesse
- Führung und aktive fachliche Unterstützung des Teams in den Prozessen Vertragseingang, Bonitätsprüfung, Widerrufsbearbeitung und Kundenschreiben im Ankommensprozess
- Ergebnisverantwortliche Planung und Koordination der Aufgaben, einschließlich Reporting an Bereichsleitung und Auftraggeber
- Gestaltung und Optimierung des Datenaustausches mit unseren Akquise-Kanälen sowie der Kommunikation mit Neukunden
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, MINT oder vergleichbar)
- Kenntnisse der Energiebranche sind wünschenswert
- Führungserfahrung und Motivation, unsere Mitarbeitenden zu fördern

Die Herausforderung
Du bringst die Wünsche unserer Kundinnen und Kunden, unser Geschäft, die Fähigkeiten Deiner Mitarbeitenden sowie aktuelle technische Möglichkeiten in stetige Balance. Im Auftrag unserer Kunden:innen bist Du und Dein 10-köpfiges Team das Gesicht von E.ON zu allen deutschen Marktpartnern für Strom und Gas. Gemeinsam mit unseren Projektteams, sowie Dienstleistungs- und Marktpartnern wird Deine Abteilung die Betreuung vom Vertragsabschluss zur Versorgung kundenorientiert ausbauen.
