    Director Commercial Operations DACH (f/m/d)

And new ways to think about health. For further growth of our Commercial Immunology Organization in DACH, we're currently hiring a Director Commercial Operations DACH (f/m/d) based in Munich. You will support I&I (Inflammation & Immunology) business leadership and brand teams in the DACH affiliates in the facilitation, analysis and implementation of business-critical commercial processes and operations that help identify and drive brand performance and operational excellence. Additionally, you will lead a small team handling market insights and analysis to facilitate and support the co-creation of key performance metrics, forecasts and operational efficiency and facilitation of detailed operational and strategic business planning.

    What you'll bring:

    1. Track record in successful leadership of commercial operations in the pharmaceutical industry
    2. Strong intuition for business, project management and analytical skills with attention to detail
    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both internal and external partners
    4. Ability to operate in high paced launch environment
    5. Energetic self-starter with pragmatic and operationally oriented working style, excellent planning and organizing skills
    6. Several years of confirmed experience
    7. Fluency in English and German
    8. Pharma/specialty care experience
    9. Experience with VEEVA CRM and Salesforce Tableau or equivalents

    What you'll be doing:

    1. Act as DACH primary point of contact for Commercial Operations
    2. Coordinate cross functional interactions and process management between Commercial, and key support functions incl. Operations, HR, Medical and Finance
    3. Handle the tools and the processes for reporting of sales and marketing analytics, trend analysis, customer data, etc.
    4. Responsible for the delivery and management of all critical business operational tasks and processes, including, but not limited to management of CRM system, promotional material management, business technology, fleet operations, etc.
    5. Drive continuous improvements, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and support leadership to ensure all facets of Regeneron's commercial operations are considered in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment
