Das Unternehmen

Im Auftrag unseres Mandanten, MÜLLER | DIE LILA LOGISTIK, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Operational Excellence Manager (m/w/d) am Standort Blaufelden in Baden-Württemberg.

Aufgaben

Sie identifizieren Optimierungspotenzialen der Prozessabläufe entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette mit dem Ziel der Effizienz-/Effektivitätssteigerung und Kosteneinsparungen und unterstützen bei der Umsetzung der Maßnahmen.
Sie verantworten die Durchführung von Optimierungsprojekten zur Steigerung der Produktivität, Reduzierung von Vorgabezeiten, Verbesserung der KPIs oder Anpassung der Organisation.
Sie arbeiten eng mit den Verantwortlichen aus operativen und indirekten Bereichen bei der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen und Optimierungen hinsichtlich Ablauforganisation (Material- und Informationsfluss), Aufbauorganisation und Ressourcensteuerung zusammen.
Sie stehen proaktiver im beständigen Austausch mit anderen OPEX-Experten, Qualitätsbeauftragten und dem regionalen Management.
Sie verantworten die fachliche Führung der Prozess- und Leanmanager (m/w/d) in den Niederlassungen.
Sie unterstützen bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung des OPEX Qualifikationskonzepts für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte und arbeiten bei der Einführung von neuen Technologien (Systemen) eng mit dem zentralen OPEX Team zusammen.

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossenes Studium Supply-Chain, Logistik, BWL/Wirtschaftsingenieur oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechenden Weiterbildungen/Qualifikationen
Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufs- und erste Führungserfahrung im Lean Management und in der Planung und Optimierung von Logistikprozessen in den Bereichen Warehousing und Kontraktlogistik.
Sie sind in der Lage, sich in einem schnell drehenden Umfeld zu behaupten und flexibel auf ständig wechselnde Anforderungen zu reagieren. Dabei verlieren Sie nie die Verbesserungen im Sinne der Kundenorientierung aus den Augen.
Sie verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und sind in der Lage, praxisorientierte Lösungen für operative Anforderungen zu entwickeln und zu präsentieren.
Sie sind Kommunikationsstark und verfügen über eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und strategische Weitsicht.
Sie sind routiniert im Umgang mit Office-365-Anwendungen und anderen Systemen im Bereich Prozess- und Projektmanagement.
Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Reisebereitschaft ist von Ihrer Seite gegeben.
