    WAS DU BEI UNS MACHST

    Als Lead-Developer (m/w/d) beim ista Express Service entwickelst Du unter anderem unsere Backend-lastigen Typescript-Anwendungen (NestJS, ), die die zentralen Komponenten unserer ista Express Customer Journey sind: Angefangen von einer kundenfreundlichen Terminierung, über die Verplanung und die Ankündigung unserer Servicetechniker:innen in Echtzeit, bis zur Einholung von Kundenfeedback.

    • Überführe Anforderungen der Product Owner in robuste Softwarelösungen mit hohen Automatisierungsgrad und intuitiven User Interfaces.
    • Entwickle Lösungen von Grund auf neu, ohne an eine etablierte Systemlandschaft oder Legacy Code gebunden zu sein.
    • Nimm aktiv Einfluss auf die Gestaltung unseres Technologie-Stacks und der Softwarearchitektur und pflege einen engen Austausch mit deinem Team.
    • Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit, dich auch in DevOps-Themen zu entfalten.

    Am Standort Berlin entwickeln wir derzeit mit 13 Produkt- und Software-Enthusiasten die Software-Systeme für den ista Express Service. Unser agiles Entwicklungsteam wird noch weiter wachsen, sobald wir die passenden Kolleg:innen finden. Der Team-Fit ist uns wichtig

    Unser Tech-Stack ist modern und umfasst Kotlin mit dem Micronaut Framework, sowie , Typescript mit und NestJS. Wir arbeiten eng zusammen, um skalierbare Lösungen auf der Google Cloud Plattform zu entwickeln und sind insbesondere im Backend event-driven unterwegs.

    WAS DU MITBRINGST

    • Du brennst für die Neu- und Weiterentwicklung intelligenter IT-Lösungen und hast die Fähigkeit, sowohl im Team agil (Scrum) als auch selbständig Aufgaben zu bewältigen.
    • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Backend- oder Full-Stack Entwicklung mit TypeScript insbesondere im Backend - Überzeug' uns durch Deine Projekte
    • Starke Identifikation mit Deinem Produkt und den Willen es langfristig, proaktiv und nutzerzentriert weiterentwickeln, um ein Kundenerlebnis zu schaffen, welches uns vom Wettbewerb abhebt.
    • Ein Auge für Optimierungspotenziale und Skalierung
    • Erfahrung in der Förderung und Weiterentwicklung von Teammitgliedern
    • Interesse an "komplexeren" Datenstrukturen und Prozessen
    • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
    • Nice-To-Have: DevOps Erfahrungen
