- Planen und Implementieren von Logistikprozessen
- Projektleitung von Optimierungsprojekten / KVP
- Erarbeiten und Dokumentieren neuer Prozessstandards zur Leistungsoptimierung
- Kontinuierliches Weiterentwickeln der operativen und administrativen Prozesse sowie Sicherstellung der Prozessqualität
- Inhaltliche Gestaltung, Moderation und Durchführung von Workshops im Rahmen des KVP, sowie Unterstützung der Qualitätssicherung
- Unterstützen bei kleinen und mittleren Factory-Planning-Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Zentralbereich Factory-Planning
- Entwicklung, Einführung und Überwachung von Qualitätsstandards
- Koordinieren von IT-Spezifikationen am Standort in Abstimmung mit den zentralen Bereichen
- Weiterentwickeln der IT-Systeme und der benötigten Tools
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, externen Parteien, sowie den zentralen Bereichen
- Betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Logistik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im oben beschriebenen Aufgabenbereich, idealerweise im Logistikumfeld
- Erfahrung in der praktischen Anwendung von Lean-Management-Prinzipien und Change-Management
- Technisches Verständnis in der Automatisierungstechnik
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie hochmotiviertes und ergebnisorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sowie Kommunikationsstärke
- Souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Kollegen, Kunden und Lieferanten
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit MS Visio sowie AutoCAD von Vorteil
