- Der Aufbau und das Managment einer engagementstarken Community gehört zu deinen Aufgaben.
- Du beschäftigst dich mit Themen rund um K onzeption und Weiterentwicklung neuer Content-Formate.
- Zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Social Media Auftritts analysierst du die Trends und alle relevanten Kennzahlen.
- Die konsistente Erstellung von hochwertigem Content und Einhaltung eines Redaktionsplans macht dir Spaß.
- Du befindest dich im Studium der Wirtschafts-, Medien- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften (gerne mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, eCommerce, Business Development oder Projektmanagement o. ä.)
- Deine Expertise in der Nutzung von Instagram , sowie ein tiefes Verständnis für deren Algorithmen und Best Practices zeichnen dich aus.
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse über Trends im Bereich Gesellschaftsspiele und hast die Fähigkeit zur Erstellung von visuell ansprechendem Content und kannst selber vor der Kamera sprechen.
- Die Analyse von Engagement-Daten und Social Media KPI's fällt dir leicht.
- Konzeptionelle Stärke und analytisches Denken besitzt du in hohem Maße.
- Du bist in der Lage selbstständig zu arbeiten, bist engagiert und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
- Kommunikationsstärke , Empathie und ein hohes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein runden deine Persönlichkeit ab.
