    Stellenbeschreibung:

    Im Insurance & Banking Cluster

    Unser Kunde arbeitet in verschiedenen Teams an Projekten für die Versicherungsbranche sowie für Banken und Finanzdienstleister*innen. Unser Fokus liegt darauf, Geschäftsmodelle, Abschlussprozesse und Vertriebskanäle zu digitalisieren und an die wachsenden Kundenanforderungen anzupassen. Eine ansprechende und intuitive Customer Journey steht dabei immer im Mittelpunkt.

    Ihre Aufgaben:

    • Fachliche Führung des Teams im Bereich React-Native-Entwicklung
    • Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Entwicklungsaufgaben und Unterstützung der Kolleg*innen
    • Entwicklung von Konzepten und Architekturen für Mobile Apps
    • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Business Units zur Bereitstellung innovativer Mobile-Lösungen
    • Beratung nationaler und internationaler Kund*innen mit Fokus auf Innovation und Wertschöpfung
    • Teilnahme an Workshops (auf Deutsch & Englisch)

    Ihr Profil:

    • Grundlegende Erfahrungen in der nativen Entwicklung von iOS oder Android Apps
    • Sicherer Umgang mit Build-Prozessen und Testing
    • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Nutzerbedürfnisse und Kundenanforderungen
    • Gutes Verständnis von CI/CD und Tools wie Bitrise, Jenkins
    • Vertrautheit mit Begriffen wie "Hooks", "Jest" oder "Designsysteme"
    • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte klar und verständlich zu erläutern
    • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
