Am Standort Gambro Dialysatoren GmbH sind wir innerhalb des Baxter-Konzerns auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung von innovativen Dialysatoren und Dialyse-Kathetern spezialisiert. Rund 1300 hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiter engagieren sich täglich die Lebensqualität von Patienten mit Nierenerkrankungen oder Nierenversagen zu verbessern.

Innerhalb unserer R&D Abteilung übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben.

Aufgaben

Senior R&D Engineer innerhalb der Produktfamilie der Akut Filter und Dialysatoren

Risk Management Owner Lead für Einwegprodukte im Bereich Leberdialyse, verantwortlich für die entsprechenden Risk Management Files

Leitung und Koordination eines internationalen Teams von Risikomanagement-Ingenieuren

Verantwortlich für die Planung von Teamaktivitäten und für die Berichterstattung an das obere Management

Technischer Experte für Lifecycle Management Aktivitäten im Bereich der Akut Filter und Dialysatoren

Überwachung, Erstellung und Genehmigung von Design Control und Risiko Management Dokumentationen

Überwachung und Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung der technischen Spezifikation, die die Merkmale und Funktionen des Produkts beschreibt, mit Schwerpunkt auf Aspekten des Risikomanagements.

Überwachung und Koordination für die Risikoanalyse von Produktänderungen, Lieferantenänderungen, Kennzeichnungsänderungen und der Entwicklung neuer Produkte

Unterstützung weltweiter Produktaudits gemäß internationalen/ regionalen/nationalen Vorschriften

Technischer Support bei regulatorischen Fragen

Sicherstellung einer guten internen und funktionsübergreifenden Kommunikation, regelmäßige Statusaktualisierungen von Projekten

Anforderungen

Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Chemie, Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar

Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung mit Medizinprodukten, idealerweise im Bereich Risikomanagement

Selbständiges Arbeiten,

Mentoring- und Ressourcenkoordinationsfähigkeiten

Hohe Flexibilität

Sehr gute und effektive kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
