- Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekt
- Ein Netzwerk von Ansprechpartnern und Entscheidungsträgern in der Versicherungsbranche und nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Geschäftsentwicklung, einschließlich Pipeline-Management und Erstellung von Angeboten.
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Versicherungssparte (Komposit, Leben und Kranken, etc.) sowie der Kernversicherungsprozesse (Vertrieb, Antrag, Bestand, Schaden)
- Du überzeugst mit deinen analytischen Fähigkeiten sowie deiner konzeptionellen Denkweise und hast ein Strategy & Operations Skill-Set mit starker Methodenkompetenz
