- Implementieren neuer Produktions-/Prozesstechnologien
- Verantwortung für die Produktionsprozesse und Produktionsanlagen
- Sicherstellen stabiler Herstellungsprozesse, der technischen Verfügbarkeit der Produktionsanlagen, der kontinuierlichen Optimierung und des sicheren Betriebes
- Planen, Organisieren und Kontrollieren der Instandhaltungs- und Kalibrier-Maßnahmen sowie der Ersatzteilbeschaffung und -vorhaltung
- Koordination und Durchführung von Reparaturen und Umbauten in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Dienstleistern
- Durchführen von Personalschulungen
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker (m/w/d) im Bereich der Verfahrens- oder Pharmatechnik, des Maschinenbaus, der Mechatronik, der Biotechnologie oder der Lebensmitteltechnik oder vergleichbar.
- Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Arbeitsgebiet, pharmazeutische Kenntnisse in der aseptischen Produktion sind von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement wünschenswert
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
