    Validation Engineer - Aseptik (w/m/d)

    Ihre Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

  • Eigenständige, fristgerechte Planung, Dokumentation, Durchführung, Auswertung und Reporting von Prozessvalidierungen (PPQ) im Rahmen der Kapazitätserweiterung Dengue Impfstoff Abfüllung
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Pflege von Risikoanalysen
  • Subject Matter Expert für Aseptische Prozesssimulation(Media Fill / Media Sim / APS) für den gesamten Standort
  • Nachverfolgung des Validation Lifecycles für den Verantwortungsbereich
  • Bewertung von Changes und Abweichungen mit Hinblick auf den Validierungseinfluss (PPQ), einschließlich Definition erforderlicher Maßnahmen
  • Unterstützung von Behörden-, Kunden- und Selbstinspektionen mit Hinblick auf den Verantwortungsbereich

    • Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich (Biologie, Chemie, Pharmazie oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Validierung von Prozessen im aseptischen Produktionsumfeld
  • Mikrobiologische Kenntnisse
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Impfstoffproduktion
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
