Country Controller (m/w/d) Unser Finanzbereich ist ein Team von herzlichen, hilfsbereiten und kompetenten Mitarbeiterinnen. Deine Leidenschaft – Du bist verantwortlich für Review, Analyse und Reporting der finanziellen Performance ausgewählter Landesgesellschaften agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen dem Business und den Corporate Functions unterhältst und bespielst ein Netzwerk an Kontakten mit dem lokalen Management, der lokalen Buchhaltung, der Geschäftsentwicklung und dem Finanzierungs- und Vertriebsteam unterstützt die Strukturierung von Verkaufstransaktionen für die jeweiligen Gesellschaften und hast deren Auswirkungen auf den Jahresabschluss stets im Blick leitest das lokale Buchhaltungsteam fachlich an und führst es perspektivisch disziplinarisch entwickelst neue Ideen für administrative und finanzielle Prozesse und Strukturen und setzt diese in Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen um bringst dich in weiteren konzerninternen Projekten ein, wie z.B. der ERP-Einführung, Geschäftsplanung, Datenmanagement Transferpricing, Prozessmanagement, Compliance... Deine Qualifikation – Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Bilanzierungs-Kenntnisse, idealerweise nach HGB; IFRS ist ein Plus bringst bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Industrieunternehmen (Konzernen) oder im Big4-Umfeld mit verfügst über sehr gute Excelkenntnisse; Kenntnisse in PowerBI sind von Vorteil zeichnest dich durch deine unternehmerische Denkweise und Hands-on Mentalität aus verfügst über Englisch Kenntnisse auf gutem Niveau, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil hast Spaß am Kommunizieren, nicht nur im eigenen Fachbereich, sondern mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen aus verschiedenen Ländern Du erfüllst nicht alle Qualifikationen?
