- Projektmanagement und Projektsteuerung, v.a. hinsichtlich Ermittlung, Vorgabe und Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitäten
- Abstimmung und Arbeit im interdisziplinären Projektteam mit Kollegen der beteiligten Fachrichtungen Architektur und Elektrotechnik
- direkter Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Nutzer, Planer und Baufirmen
- technische Führung von externen Dienstleistern, wie Ingenieurbüros und mit der Ausführung beauftragten Baufirmen
- Plausibilitätsprüfung von Ausführungs- und Werkplanungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe und Abwicklung von Bauaufträgen gemäß VOB
- Abnahme und Abrechnung der Bau- und Ingenieurleistungen
- Bauherrenaufgaben im Projektmanagement für die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 der HOAI
- Abschluss als Diplom-Ingenieur (m/w/d) (FH) oder ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium der oben genannten Fachrichtung
- Umweltingenieur / Bauingenieur (m/w/d) mit technischem Schwerpunkt
- Freude an der Abwicklung von hoch technisierten Hochbauprojekten von Beginn der Planung bis Übergabe
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und verhandlungssicheres Auftreten mit Nutzern, Planern und Baufirmen
- hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Organisations- und Durchsetzungsvermögen, Eigeninitiative sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- gute EDV-Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
- Kenntnis in Planung, Ausschreibung und Bauüberwachung ist von Vorteil
- spezifische Fachkenntnis von CAD-, AVA- und PS-Programmen ist von Vorteil
- verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Sprachniveau C1)
- Bereitschaft zu fortwährender Weiterbildung

Das Staatliche Bauamt München 2 plant, baut und organisiert für den Freistaat Bayern sämtliche Gebäude der staatlichen Hochschulen und Universitäten im Bereich München und Garching. Dazu zählen modernste Labor- und Forschungsgebäude sowie Hörsaal- und Seminargebäude und vieles mehr. Die Gebäude sind meist hoch technisiert und erfordern daher bei der Planung, Ausschreibung und Errichtung eine qualifizierte Betreuung durch fachkundiges Personal.
Für spannende Projekte wie den Neubau hochinstallierter Forschungsgebäude in Garching oder im Münchner Innenstadtbereich Neubau der Hochschule München suchen wir Sie.
