    Ich verantworten die Planung, Entwicklung, Bereit- und Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebes der Applikationslandschaft im Umfeld Redispatch und Kapazitätsmanagement.

    Das macht den Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende. Als Application Manager*in kann ich unmittelbar zum Erfolg dieser Bemühungen beitragen, indem ich die Applikationslandschaft mitgestalte und weiterentwickle. Auf diese Weise können Assets für den digitale Energiewende und den Netzbetrieb der Zukunft geschaffen werden. Dabei gestalte ich als Application Manager aktiv die Systemlandschaft und Prozesse im nationalen und internationalen Kontext des Redispatch mit.

    Meine Aufgabe als IT Application Managerin (w/m/d):

    Betrieb

  • Verantwortung des IT-Service- (vergl. ITIL) und Sicherheitsmanagement der Applikationen,
  • Gewährleistung einer hohen Betriebssicherheit inkl. der Dokumentation der Technologien und Prozesse,
  • Verantwortung für die Steuerung der IT-Dienstleister und die Sicherstellung eines hohen IT-Qualitätsstandards, anhand von SLA/KPI und regelmäßigen Reports,
  • Teilnahme an der IT-Rufbereitschaft.

    • Projekte

  • Durchführung von IT-Projektmanagement und IT-Koordination von Projekten, dabei Übernahme von Budgetverantwortung und Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Lenkungskreisen,
  • Aktives Feedback-Management mit Blick auf beteiligte Stakeholder*innen,
  • Koordination und Steuerung von Entwicklungsteams zur Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen innerhalb der ELIA-Gruppe, damit verbunden auch die Weiterentwicklung von Bestandsanwendungen,
  • Mitarbeit beim Design von IT-Ziellösungen zusammen mit den IT-Bereichen.

    • Anforderungen

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den 50Hertz-Fachabteilungen bezüglich Anforderungen sowie Beratung und Durchführung eines aktiven Anforderungsmanagements,
  • Sicherstellung eines hohen Qualitätsstandards der Softwareprodukte durch Erstellung und Koordination der Durchführung von Testplänen zur Sicherstellung der höchsten Qualität,
  • Enge fachübergreifende Zusammenarbeit, insbesondere mit den Teams der IT-Infrastruktur, des IT-Netzwerks sowie der IT-Sicherheit innerhalb der ELIA Gruppe, ggf. auch Mitarbeit in Gremien, national und international.

    • Multitalent & Kümmerer*in

  • Bereitschaft, als Application Manager*in, und mit Empathie die Bedürfnisse der Fachanwender*innen zu verstehen und pragmatisch sowie zielorientiert in nutzbare Lösungen umzusetzen,
  • Bereitschaft bestehende Anwendungen und Tool Chains im Arbeitsgebiet zu hinterfragen, zu verbessern und zu stabilisieren und im Sinne der strategischen Ziele und anwendungsorientiert weiterzuentwickeln,
  • Selbstverständnis für die übertragenen Arbeitsaufgaben einer Kümmerer*in mit dem Ziel, die Gesamtheit der aller IT-Gewerke zu einem nutzbaren Service für Anwender*innen zusammenzuführen.

    • Meine Kompetenzen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer anderen vergleichbaren IT-Fachrichtung,
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrungen in Planung, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von energiewirtschaftlichen Applikationen,
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer Plattformen (Applikationsserver, Datenbanken, Middleware, Message Queueing) idealerweise in verteilten Umgebungen,
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Anforderungs- und Stakeholder*innen-Management,
  • IT-Projektmanagement-Erfahrung und Kenntnisse des ITIL basierten Servicemanagements,
  • Erfahrung in der IT-Providersteuerung, dem IT-Monitoring und IT-Operation-Management,
  • Bereitschaft zur intensiven Einarbeitung in fachliche Prozesse sowie Geschäftsprozesse im Umfeld Redispatch,
  • Energiewirtschaftliches Knowhow und Erfahrungen in Netzwerkinfrastrukturen und Netzwerkstandards sind vorteilhaft,
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische Grundkenntnisse für Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsprozesse wünschenswert,
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und MS-Project,
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1).

  • Erfahrungen in Netzwerkinfrastrukturen und Netzwerkstandards machen meine Bewerbung für uns zusätzlich interessant,
