Herzlich Willkommen in der großen Personalabteilung von JOYNEXT, welche SIe als Payroll Accountant aufwerten werden.
- Es erwartet Sie die selbständige Abwicklung der Gehalts- und Reisekostenabrechnungen, die Erfassung, Prüfung und Pflege sämtlicher Personalstammdaten sowie die Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen, Ämtern und SV-Trägern.
- Sie wirken bei der Durchführung und Dokumentation im Rahmen von internen und externen Kontrollen mit und koordinieren die Zeitwirtschaft zusammen mit dem Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen im SAP ERP HCM
- Zusätzlich unterstützen Sie im Bereich HR Controlling bei der Erstellung von wiederkehrenden Reports auf globaler Ebene.
Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Lohnbuchhalter oder entsprechende mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung
- Aktuelle SAP HCM Kenntnisse
- Aktuelle Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht.
