- Verantwortung für die Anpassung und Umsetzung des Promotionsprozesses
- Analyse und Planung von Aktionen auf Kategorie-, Kanal- und Kundenebene in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen
- Entwicklung einer standardisierten Preiskommunikation für Kunden und Vertriebsteams
- Festlegung von KPIs, Berichterstattung und Leitung eines monatlichen Überprüfungsprozesses mit den beteiligten Teams
- Bewertung Revenue-Management via Steuerung Dashboards und Analysetools
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mind. 5-jährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Marketing, Business Analytics oder Projektmanagement
- Sehr sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, SAP R/3 und gängiger Sales-Tools
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Führung von multifunktionalen Teams
- Agile und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
