- Einhaltung aller internen und externen Sicherheitsrichtlinien bezüglich Umweltschutz und Arbeits- & Verkehrssicherheit lt. GRACE EHS-System unverzügliches Aufzeigen bzw. Abstellen von entsprechenden Mängeln bzw. Fehlverhalten.
- Sicherstellen eines ordnungsgemäßen Arbeitsumfeldes im Bereich mechanische Werkstatt und Montagehallen der Instandhaltung sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Fremdfirmen zur Verbesserung der Arbeitssicherheit auf dem Werksgelände
- Mitwirkung bei Lean Six Sigma Projekten und Aktivitäten durch kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe und des Arbeitsumfeldes zur Erreichung der AOP Ziele
- Abarbeiten von aktuellen Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an technischen Anlagen unter Beachtung aller gesetzlichen und internen Vorgaben (VBGs, VDE, Arbeitserlaubnisscheine).
- Lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise an Aufgabenstellungen
- Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft außerhalb der Regelarbeitszeit
- Inspektions- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an technischen Anlagen unter Beachtung aller gesetzlichen und internen Vorgaben (VBGs, VDE,).
- Durchführung von wiederkehrenden Prüfungen sowie der Beseitigung von dabei festgestellten Mängeln
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Pneumatik / Hydraulik
- Schweißarbeiten an Rohrleitungen
- Fördertechnik von Schüttgütern
- Selbstständigkeit, Organisationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und hohe Belastbarkeit
- Lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
