    Über uns

    Als Sustainability Reporting Professional schaffen Sie aktiv Transparenz für unsere unternehmerische Verantwortung und unsere Bestrebungen für eine nachhaltige Zukunft. In Ihrer Rolle berichten Sie an den Head of Corporate Sustainability der SCHOTT AG und führen Berichtsprojekte für die Konzerngruppe und SCHOTT Pharma durch. Dabei agieren Sie in einem Multi-Stakeholder Umfeld, konsolidieren und verwalten ESG Daten und bereiten die jährliche Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung im Einklang mit regulatorischen Anforderungen und der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie vor. Gemeinsam mit Ihren Kollegen im Corporate Sustainability Team sind Sie Teil der Strategieabteilung und unterstützen den Vorstand sowie unsere Business Units in vielfältigen Nachhaltigkeitsfragen.

    Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Aufbaus und der Weiterentwicklung der Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung nach CSRD sowie gängigen Standards ( ESRS; IFRS ISSB; TCFD; CDP)
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Datenerhebung sowie interner Kontrollprozesse für ESG Daten im Kontext gängiger Daten- und Reporting Standards ( ESEF)
  • Steuerung der externen Prüfung der Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung sowie Zusammenstellung, Organisation und Bereitstellung von Prüfungsnachweisen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen gem. gängiger Prüfungsanforderungen
  • (Teil-) Projektleitung und Durchführung des jährlichen Nachhaltigkeits-Reporting Prozesses für SCHOTT Pharma und die SCHOTT AG sowie Koordination der inhaltlichen Beiträge der Fachabteilungen
  • Texterstellung und Konsolidierung im Rahmen der Berichterstellung auf Grundlage von fachlichen Beiträgen aus verschiedenen Fachbereiten und in Abstimmung mit der Kommunikationsabteilung
  • Mitarbeit in einem hoch motivierten Team aus Nachhaltigkeitsexperten zu abwechslungsreichen Projekten mit Nachhaltigkeitsbezug

    • Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen, naturwissenschaftlichen oder sozialwissenschaftlichen Studiengang, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Audit-, Umwelt- und/oder Nachhaltigkeitsthemen
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Unternehmensberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, NGO oder vergleichbaren Position im Industriekonzern mit Nachhaltigkeitsbezug, idealerweise davon min. 2 Jahre Erfahrung mit Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung im Kontext der Konzeptionierung, Erstellung oder Prüfung
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Organisation und/oder Durchführung von Audits
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Klima-, Umwelt- und ESG Zertifizierungs- und Reporting Standards (bspw.: ISO 140xx; 450xx; 50001; 26000; EcoVadis; UNGC; u.Ä.)
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Leitung von komplexen Multi-Stakeholder Projekten sowie flexible und emphatische Arbeitsweise in einem technischen Industrieumfeld
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Freude und Geschick im Umgang mit Texten und Publikationen mit regulatorischer Prüfungsrelevanz
  • Begeisterung für Nachhaltigkeit in einem Reporting, Zertifizierungs- & Audit Kontext
