    European Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (ESMC) is a joint venture between four technology leaders, TSMC, Bosch, Infineon and NXP, to establish a state-of-the-art semiconductor fab in the heart of Europe. ESMC represents our shared commitment to strengthening the European semiconductor ecosystem.

    To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate:

    Corporate Planning Organization Manager

    The role:

    Corporate Planning Organization's mission is to maximize asset effectiveness, deliver lowest manufacturing cost, and optimize production planning. The scope of the organization covers a wide range of resource and production. CPO collaborates with business development, finance, HQ Planning groups, and fab operations to support ESMC business objectives and profitable growth. CPO manager is responsible but not limited to:

    1. Develop ESMC business plans for capacity, CapEx, cost, and finance performance to ensure effective and efficient operations.
    2. Manage and oversee both long-term and short-term planning activities for capacity, tools, cost, and CapEx to meet business objectives.
    3. Analyze and identify cost improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to drive down costs.
    4. Continuously evaluate tool productivity and asset effectiveness to optimize manufacturing operations.
    5. Manage wafer production planning and schedule control to ensure on-time delivery of quality products.
    6. Develop and implement innovative and systematic approaches to increase people productivity and drive continuous improvement.

    Qualifications and Education:

    1. 15+ years of relevant industry experience in business planning or industrial engineering and at least 5 years of leadership experience.
    2. Capable of articulating complex concepts and solutions.
    3. Demonstrated strong project management, strategic thinking, communication skills, and cross-organization collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

    Language Skills: English as business language and German as local language are required. Chinese will be a plus.

    Location: Dresden, Germany.
