Als Health Integration Advisor bist du für den Wiedereingliederungsprozess von langzeiterkrankten Mitarbeitern im Rahmen des Betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagements (BEM) zuständig. Hierbei erarbeitest du gemeinsam mit dem erkrankten Mitarbeiter Maßnahmen zur Wiedereingliederung und unterstützt und betreust ihn während des Prozesses. Darüber hinaus sprichst du dich mit verschiedenen Ämtern ab, hältst Rücksprache mit den zuständigen Managern und trägst Sorge für die Dokumentation der Fälle, die du betreust.
Verantwortlichkeiten:
•Wiedereingliederung und eigenständige Betreuung von langzeiterkrankten Mitarbeitenden
•Erstellung von individuellen und zielführenden Maßnahmenplänen
•Führen vertraulicher Gespräche mit einzelnen Mitarbeitern
•Absprachen mit internen Abteilungen (v.a. Operations Teams, Betriebsrat, HR, Safety)
•Prozessüberwachung – und begleitung der einzelnen Eingliederungsfälle
•Rechtssichere Dokumentation und Verwaltung der einzelnen Eingliederungsfälle
•Nach Bedarf Absprachen und Einbeziehen von externen Leistungsträgern als Unterstützung in
Eingliederungsfällen
•Leitung von individuellen Eingliederungs-Teams
•Eigenständiges Bearbeiten von Projekten, die sich aus der Arbeit im BEM ergeben
• Unterstützung des Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement, Erste Hilfe und Betriebsmedizin on site

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und beruflicher Hintergrund aus dem sozialen, pflegerischen oder medizinischen Bereich wünschenswert- Bereits berufliche Erfahrungen im administrativen Bereich (gern auch außerhalb von Amazon)
- Sehr guter Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Diskreter und streng vertraulicher Umgang mit allen Daten, die im BEM-Prozess anfallen
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Ziel- und serviceorientierter Denk- und Arbeitsstil
- Stetige Bereitschaft Neues zu lernen
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Objektives Urteilsvermögen und Organisationstalent
- Teamfähigkeit
- Bereitschaft auf allen Schichtmodellen zu arbeiten (früh, spät, nacht)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
•Erfahrung als BEM-Fallbetreuer:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. Disability-Manager (CDMP))
•Ehrenamtliche Tätigkeiten im sozialen Bereich
•Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (Türkisch, Arabisch, Russisch etc.)
